Pratiti is currently a leader at Sundial, an AI-powered data analytics platform. Previously, she was VP and Head of Research at Meta, where she led an organization of over 1,200 researchers across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and MetaQuest. She helped navigate Facebook's transition from web to mobile and led product strategy behind some of Meta's most popular and utilized products including Timeline, Marketplace, and the Developer Platform.

Throughout her tenure at Meta, Pratiti held numerous leadership roles focused on building products, features, and experiences for people, businesses, and creators. She also shepherded Meta's work on well-being and social issues. Her expertise spans user research at scale, product strategy, and building experiences that serve billions of users globally.
